2. Purpose of Processing of Personal Data
2.1 By engaging us or accepting employment, you hereby agree and consent to us using and processing your Personal Data provided to us, in the manner and for the purposes as described below:
i. For the purpose of our services and registration of an account with us;
ii. For the purpose of us keeping records of employees upon the acceptance of your employment;
iii. For preparing any documents or instrument which may be required for the purposes set out in sub-paragraph (ii) above and such other ancillary work in connection with sub-paragraph (ii) above and any other relevant documents as required from time to time;
iv. To provide such necessary information to any regulatory or governmental authorities as required by statutory, regulatory or governmental requirements;
v. For our internal administrative purposes including historical and conflict checking purposes;
vi. For the Company to communicate with you; and
vii. Or the Company to comply with its obligations under law or any regulations imposed by regulatory or governmental authorities.

You are required to return the old order in its full original packaging when we deliver the replacement to you.
Should the replacement product is out of stock; we will replace the item with a similar value or refund the specific product.
