Q: I have received damaged products! What should I do?  

Damaged product where it is not packed properly, or poorly sealed. Please reach out to us at our email chippychipmy@gmail.com, with the following details:  

1. Include a picture of the damaged product/faulty areas.

2. Include your order number.

Q: Where do ChippyChip deliver?

We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We will only be able to process orders from anywhere in Malaysia at the moment. However, we are hoping to expand our business in the near future to reach more of you foodies. Stay tuned!

Q: When can I expect my order?

Upon order confirmation, it will take us 1-4 business working days to process your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number, do check your junk mailbox for this email. From there, we trust our courier partner to honour the following estimated time:

Klang Valley/West Malaysia- 1 to 4 business working days
East Malaysia- 7 days

This Notice sets out how we collect, use and protect your Personal Data which you have provided to us. By engaging us and/or accepting our Employment Offer and/or opening an account with us and/or applying for credit facilities with us and/or providing us your information in order for us to provide employment and/or our services, you hereby consent to the processing of all personal information and data by us in the provision of the services that you have requested from us.

2. Purpose of Processing of Personal Data

2.1 By engaging us or accepting employment, you hereby agree and consent to us using and processing your Personal Data provided to us, in the manner and for the purposes as described below:

i. For the purpose of our services and registration of an account with us;
ii. For the purpose of us keeping records of employees upon the acceptance of your employment;
iii. For preparing any documents or instrument which may be required for the purposes set out in sub-paragraph (ii) above and such other ancillary work in connection with sub-paragraph (ii) above and any other relevant documents as required from time to time;

5.2 This Notice is issued in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the English version shall prevail.

Kindly ensure the details mentioned above are submitted to us, within 24 hours upon receiving the order. This gesture will ensure that the photos taken can reflect the actual condition of the product when you receive it.

Kindly note that Refund/Exchange are subject to case to case basis.

Refund/Exchange will only be processed when the info provided is accurate and fulfil our terms & conditions.

You are required to return the old order in its full original packaging when we deliver the replacement to you.

Should the replacement product is out of stock; we will replace the item with a similar value or refund the specific product.

Chippy Chip MY will bear the delivery fee for your replacement items.

We reserve the rights to make amendments to the ‘Return & Refund Policy’ without prior notice.
